yes it's a sign of the times  no just here in Berwick I have friends in Sevenoaks and they say it's just as bad there, it was always kinda upmarket in Sevenoaks but not any more see the red lion in spittal's up for sale |

the country's in an awful state I was talking to a woman today from hawick and she says lots of shops closed in hawick and they've put false panes of glass in them to make it look like shops but nothing in them |

never heard when Iceland opens, in a bad spot there no parking see the parking attendant was in full flow wi his machine in marygate this morning anybody know what happened to the castle hotel, heard the man did a runner |

had a walk round Alnwick yesterday and i dont think theyve got the number of empty shops weve got here in Berwick--a nd some canny little shops as well !!!
