From the Berwick Advertiser: HIGHWAYS chiefs have received a record breaking 7500 complaints about north Northumberland's pothole riddled roads following the worst winter in a generation. The staggering statistic was revealed by Richard Hayes, Northumberland County Council's north area highways manager, when he outlined the scale of the problem currently facing the authority.
