PLANS to build 21 affordable homes in Tweedmouth have been condemned by local residents who say it is 'an accident waiting to happen'.
Three Rivers Housing Association wants to build a mix of two and three bedroom homes on a greenfield site between the Sure Start nursery and the main east coast railway line.
The proposal, however, has angered residents of nearby Ladywell Place
and Ladywell Road who have submitted 29 letters of objection.
