From The Berwick Advertiser: CROSS-border MPs have repeated their demand that rail services to and from Berwick will not suffer from the nationalisation of the east coast main line. Internal briefing documents released on Tuesday show that transport officials expect the east coast main line will be operated by the Government for at least 18 months.
