ICE

Dont know how many of you know about this, it stands for "in case of emergency", the idea is you put a contact number in your mobile under ICE and if you have an accident the emergecy services know who to contact.
If you want to put more than 1 number you can by putting ICE1,ICE2 etc
I think this is a good idea, if you think the same please use it and pass it on to as many people as possile

My mum told me about it last year, i think it was something she heard aboot at work (NHS) and she made sure all us weans had our ICE numbers in oor mobiles!!!
