From the Berwick Advertiser:

LONG-AWAITED plans for the redevelopment of land at Spittal Point have finally been submitted to Northumberland County Council.

The proposal includes 136 new homes, new commercial and cafe floorspace as well as a remodelled public car park and increased open space.
