Yes helicopter had to lift an old couple to land as the man could not make the refuge box.
What the hell have these people got for brains trying to cross with water on the causeway!!!!!
One of these days I can see loss of life if saomething is not done, I wrote to the council sugesting that the put up traffic lights then if anyone went thru at red they could be given a fine and 3 points.
But did I get a reply did I hell
The county council answer was put up a few posters what a waste of time and money
