Theres a "For Sale" up at the bed shop at the end of the new bridge and it also mentions planning for residential . what a place to build houses or flats !! Dont know how long the signs been up mind !

Has been for sale for a few months, which is why they seem to be letting it deteriorate. The building is owned by somebody in Durham, who I think may have been behind Durham Pine.
The chap who runs the bed shop comes from that area too, and I believe can't get back soon enough, regarding Berwick folk as a lower form of life.
I know an interested party has been measuring up, don't know who, or if they are pursuing it.

well if e doesnt like us Berwick folks then hed far better get away back down there !!OR maybe he canna get a job down there .
I did look in once to price bunk beds and there was 2 little dogs there -1 was actually sleeping on a bed lol .dont know if that was same manager but he had a geordie sort of accent !!
