warning to dog owners there's dog thieves in the Berwick area it says they leave a painted arrow near your home if you have dogs, then a van comes around and steals them, it says if you see a chalked or painted arrow near your gate remove it and phone the police, they use the dogs as bait for dog fighting  |

I read about this in the papers but i didnt know it was happening here---dont know what things are coming to -its awful !
