there was 3 dog warden from the county at spittal this morning and they left free poo bags beside johnny bingos, wonder if that'll make any difference  |

Probably not--folk that pick up after their dogs divint grudge the few coppers for bags i dont think and other folk just dont pick it up !!!

doggy bag bin was empty yesterday, forgot to look this morning but won't be surprised if it's not been filled up, just a flash in the pan |
