its well underway masses of job losses, people losing their homes , yet look at the new buildings and offices at berwick ramparts trading estate, lovely to look at but whose gona risk moving into them ??

ive been for a nosey at the grange, houses nice enough but a 3 bed at 380 thousand and a 5 at 530 thousand.. theres 24 houses being built.. they must be confident enough to sell..i only wonder who in berwick has that kind of money to buy
