I don't go to McDonald's very often but everytime I go through the drive thru, every time they get the order wrong. Is this a Berwick thing?

they forgot to put chips in my drive thru order once and when i went in to ask for them the woman in charge insisted on replacing my whole order (cos the rest would be getting cold !) and chucked in extra poke of chips . !!binned my other ones !
