i'm with talk talk and had a letter this morning to say they've put new equipment in the local exchange and i'm going to get new generation fast broadband, seems to good to be true it should give faster speeds, we will be cut off for a maximum of 4 hours while open reach do the work on april the 29th also they're reducing the monthly bill by £15.32 anybody else had the same didn't expect that, i'm no holding my breath, i'll wait and see what happens on april the 29th

how's that then I've been with them for years can't understand the reduction on my bill thought everybody would be the same if they're putting new equipment in surely everybody should benefit, somehow I think it's too good to be true, think i'll have a look on their website

no difference, what a load of twaddle i'll check my bill when it comes to see if they've kept their word about the £15.32 surely they can't just say they're giving you a better service when they're not wonder what trading standards would say
