typical  just what Berwick needs, now if it was thriving then it would be a different story 2 elderly woman went to the watchtower one and the woman wouldn't let them in they thought maybe because it was raining and the floor might get wet  sorry if I've posted this before but I forgot  |

seems like watchtower just opens when it wants --often a notice saying " closed for re-hanging "!
