BT are amazing - our phone just went, but by the time I put the laptop down and went through,I had missed it.
I rang 1471and it said you were cauld at 20.35.
Spot on, I've just put the heating back on now.

aw I was on the phone for an hour maybe more they're still saying i'm getting a BT engineer to give me new generation broadband so when the BT engineer is ready to install this they'll text me first lol

forgot to say they're reducing my bill by £15.32 a month, well i'll let you know lol
