Cell fones !!

I am gobsmacked to read in todays Daily Star that prison bosses are planning to install land lines into some prison cells !!! they say it willstop problems caused by inmates queueing up to use the payphones
maybe it would be a better idea to give all pensioners a phone so that they can call the police when they hear some of the mindless yobs ,who have been sent to prison , breaking into their homes during the night !!
is there any punishment at all being in prison ??
far better to remove the phone priveledge altogether i think !!!

when you want a holiday dont go abroad--get yourself a nice comfy room in a prison-all inclusive !!!!
