I think the property he wants to let is where Rascals was.
Good stuff at Harvestfield (Salvation Army), some locals there several times a day!

I know who he is suzi  it's been on every radio station today about all the towns who are shutting up shop, it's all over the country, they reckon within 5 years there'll be no high streets left  |

Was at Hawick today and counted 17 empty shops on the High Street, noticed some had imitation shop fronts on, lessened the effect but they are still empty shops at the end of the day.
An awful lot of charity shops too.
definitely worse than Berwick

see a new shop has opened up in the old Davy Scotts , main street . called Katys pamper shop or something similar --spray tans etc --good luck to the owner !

passed through hawick must be a couple of years ago and it didn't look clever then, a friend of mine has a pet shop there libby's pet shop she's moved from the high st but still open as far as I know another beauty shop, they seem to be making a living tho |
