anyone that knows berwick well should know where i mean/ just b4 the scotsgate up the alley to the left , behind the shops, / laddie lives in the flat on top floor, for 3 years, parks his car behind double yellow lines , behind his flat , also behind shop, he got a ticket 2 and a half years ago , so paid it , he then finds out he commited no crime , but lets it go, / last month , he gets another ticket, this time he protests it , he gets a letter back saying he must pay the fine as he was obstructing local buissinesses, / worra load of crap, the only thing he was obstructing , was the gate where his wheelie bin is kept, the local buissiness get there deliveries at the front of the shops, where the wagons park on the fooking path and could,nt give a monkey,s about other traffic, they cant deliver round the back, coz there isnt room anyway maybe a court case if he gets no satisfaction

typical grumps, getting a ticket/ to my own admission ive done it myself and got away with it , but when you get one for parking outside your own house gets to you a bit . what beats me is, if your disabled and have a mobile scooter, try and get down union park road on the path after 5 pm, no chance coz all the cars are parked on the pavement, someoe i know complained to the ecilop, and the answer he got was , the ecilop in berwick are undermanned, and no time to deal with it ?
