RESIDENTS of Prior Park in Tweedmouth say they are delighted with a new floral garden which has replaced a derelict area of the estate.
The patch of land at the bottom of Dean Drive was donated by Berwick Borough Housing earlier this year and members of Prior Park Residents Association have been working hard to transform the area into a "welcome garden" for the estate.
