SUNSHINE, excitement and more entertainment than ever before guaranteed the success of Spittal Gala on Sunday.
For popular local schoolgirl Zoe Trimmer it was a day to remember. Chosen as Gala Queen, she was crowned at a ceremony at the school field, by her elder sister, Cara, the 2009 Queen.
It was the first time siblings had followed each other in holding the honour.
