Need more info about the problem - what does he mean "hacked"? What's happening when he switches his PC on? does it fire up ok? Can he get onto the Internet? ? Is it a virus? Has he got anti virus software? If not is he able to download from the Internet to get some?
I also need to know whether he wants "Emre" or his real name on his photography trophy!!
