berwick councilors decided at a meeting on monday to double the council tax for residents in berwick spittal and tweedmouth, councilor alan bowlass said they had tried to be very fair with the concept, and isobel hunter added the cost is still quite low compared to other areas/ which areas is she on about ? london maybe who get double the wages and benefits, than the north
