maybe something like Primark could move into the old kwik-save in walkergate

brilliant suprise today, i called into skelly,s forra jock pie and ma eyes lit up when i saw he had tripe on the counter, apparently hes been selling it for 3 months, and here,s me thinking it was extinct in berwick, he,s now the best butcher in the toon, i bowt a kilo and its pickling in vinegar yahooooooooo

But sayiny that what I heard was M&S moving to old Kwiksave and Matalan going into M&S, only time will tell
