it seems to be , that to get a concil house nowadays is like game of loto, you haveto register on line and be in a queue, theres a 3 bedroom next to me and 2 people have been to see it and still no-one has moved in. what happens to old people or people that havent a pc to register and see their progress on-line , / crazy system me thinks

i think they only took the buiding up at the ramparts for 2 years, so what happens after that if they decide to upsticks and off  looks like that's whats in the pipeline |
