Rumours circulating that Boots may be relocating away from Marygate, they own their shop, and I believe, still own the shop where WH Smiths is.

I think that they are conciously moving to retail Parks.

Like you I am very seldom in - many lines are available cheaper elsewhere.

I hate to say it - but maybe like Woolies they have not moved with the times.

Remember the booths in the old shop for listening to singles?

if you go to Berwick your itching to get back to the car in case the traffic wardens slap a ticket on for being a couple of minutes late. a local business man got a £70 fine for his tyres being a couple of inches over the line outside the doctors surgery but he got it reduced to £30 still a dear doctor's appointment

well if Boots move that will be a big shop to fill and a big empty space on the high street-thats all we need ,but like yourselfs dont use boots very much -tooo dear !!

Is it not a little ironic that we had, until last year, a full High Street, and no parking - we are now to get Parking, but shops are closing willy nilly?
