Great news about the new hospital.
Lets hope it goes ahead, and lets not be those folk that only talk about the bad things that happen in Berwick, and ignore the good.

Lets hope they have all the facilities we need to save locals the long trip to Wansbeck or The Borders for not so serious things !!

Think i read its gonna be open the same hours as now, so if you have an accident or need an x ray after 4pm, its off to the bgh as usual, i dont want to be a typical 'pull it to bits' berwicka but if its no better than what we have whats the point?.......or amerangue?

well ,youre right there jj ,if thats true it would be a right waste . I can mind when most things were done in Berwick Infirmary . operation day was a tuesday and all the consultants had their day for visiting .Berwick needs a proper hospital !!!!!

aye thats him, said it was the first time he had tried micro surgery! he was joking of course.....i hope he was anyway. Brilliant surgeon tho, you can hardly see the scar on my y fronts at all.

i'm sure dr. mather's getting a house built at spittal think they've been living at ord, but he's not in the best of health |
