PLANS have once again been submitted to the county council for 136 homes and commercial units to be built at Spittal Point.
The application appears to have changed little since it was submitted in July last year before being withdrawn.

In November, the plans, including the controversial cladding of the iconic Spittal chimney in reflective steel, were presented to members of Berwick Civic Society, who cautiously welcomed the proposal.
